Okay, how freaking cool is this, Rob?? I love Star Wars, and ate up all the “making of” shows about the effects (I wanted to be a miniature artist and build ships for a while). Mirrors! Who knew!💕
I loved all those old "making of Star Wars" specials! I still have them all on VHS (and updated versions too, haha). As for miniatures, I think I would be better at blowing them up than building them. :)
Oh man, that sounds awesome! One downside of growing up in Oklahoma is that Hollywood seems like a zillion miles away. I've seen Star Wars props at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago (among other things they had Jabba the Hutt's eyes!), this Star Wars Museum, and then they had stuff on display at the Force Awakens premiere in Hollywood (we happened to be there and saw it at El Capitan) and more things at the Star Wars Orchestra shows. I never get tired of seeing them.
